Why do I pay again at check-in?

Your total is $107 per person. You pay $37 online to book, then $70 + tax at check-in with cash, card or Cash App.

Where does the boat leave from?

We sail from more than one Miami marina, and each date is assigned its own location. We’ll send your exact check-in spot and instructions before your cruise.

Can I just show up and pay?

No, all guests need an online reservation. Spots are limited and dates often sell out, so booking ahead is the only way to guarantee your place.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 1 hour before departure to check in. Check-in closes 15 minutes before departure. After that, guests are moved to the waitlist and boarded only if space allows.

Can I add friends to my group?

Absolutely! Just make sure every extra guest has their own spot booked online before the day. Spots are limited, so guests without a reservation may not be able to board.

Do you have group deals?

Yes! Groups of 4+ get a free bottle of champagne. Book your spots, then contact us to add it to your reservation.

What if I can’t make it?

Plans change, we get it. Let us know at least 48 hours before your date and we’ll do our best to move you to another day. Deposits are non-refundable, so cancellations or no-shows with less notice forfeit the deposit.

What happens if it rains?

We sail rain or shine. If conditions are ever unsafe and we have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund of your deposit.
