Why do I pay again at check-in?
Your total is $130 per person. You pay a $35 deposit online to book, then $95 + tax in cash at check-in. A couple pays $70 online and $190 + tax at check-in.
Where does it leave from?
We fly from more than one spot in Miami, and each date is assigned its own location. Your exact location and instructions are sent once your spot is assigned.
Can I just show up and pay?
No, all flights need an online reservation first. Spots are limited, so booking ahead is the only way to lock in your flight.
What time should I arrive?
Arrive 30 minutes before your trip to check in and get ready.
Can I fly alone?
Flights are tandem, two people side by side, so the weight is balanced for a smooth, safe flight. If you book solo, you’ll be paired with another guest. Same price per person either way.
How long am I in the air?
About 15 minutes in the air. The whole experience, including the boat ride out and back, takes about 1 hour.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. The crew handles everything, and life jackets are provided. Just sit back and enjoy the views.
What if I can’t make it?
Plans change, we get it. Let us know at least 48 hours before your trip and we’ll do our best to move you to another day. Deposits are non-refundable, so cancellations or no-shows with less notice forfeit the deposit.
What happens if it rains?
Flights need safe weather and winds. If conditions are ever unsafe and we have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund of your deposit.
