Why do I pay again at check-in?
Your total is $130 single or $170 double per jet ski, per hour. You pay a $30 or $70 deposit online to book, then $100 + tax in cash at check-in.
What’s single vs double rider?
Single rider is one person on one jet ski. Double rider is two people sharing one jet ski.
Do I need a boating license?
Florida law requires a boating safety license for anyone born on or after January 1, 1988. If you don’t have one, you’ll take a quick test at check-in (it’s easy and 100% guaranteed) and pay the $10 state fee. It’s a state requirement, not our fee.
Is there a security deposit?
A $150 hold may be placed on your card at check-in. It’s not a charge, and it’s released when you return the jet ski.
Where do I ride from?
We ride from Miami Beach, Downtown, Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove. Your exact spot and check-in details are in your confirmation.
Can I just show up and pay?
No, all rides need an online reservation first. Time slots are limited, so booking ahead is the only way to lock in your jet ski.
What time should I arrive?
Arrive 30 minutes before your ride to check in and take the quick license test if you need it.
How old do I need to be?
You must be 16+ to book, or ride with an adult guardian.
What if I can’t make it?
Plans change, we get it. Let us know at least 48 hours before your ride and we’ll do our best to move you to another day. Deposits are non-refundable, so cancellations or no-shows with less notice forfeit the deposit.
What happens if it rains?
Rides go on rain or shine. If conditions are ever unsafe and we have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund of your deposit.
